The Boats will be staged at... And, the Parade will start and end... at the Eastern Wharf Dock. The Captains, lead by the Georgia Queen Riverboat, will cross the river, pass the Convention Center, proceed to the Talmadge Bridge, circle around to pass Plant Riverside District... Along River Street to pass the Judges and the MC's at the Eastern Wharf Dock... and then repeat the loop again.
